Victor is naturally flirty and prides in being able to surprise people. He does everything at his own pace and others consider him a free-spirit and carefree. Yet, he is an air-head and is terribly forgetful.

Despite this, he can be serious when he needs to be and will be blunt and point out the flaws of others and he is terrible in emotional situations, he can be awkward at best, cruel and insensitive at the worst.

And yet, this big goof has a soft side for certain people​
